International Shipping
We can ship your goods to various countries. However, the expedition we use depends on the type of stone and the location of your country
Courier Option
We usually use UPS, TNT, DHL or Skynet couriers. Sometimes we also use Post Indonesia (Express Mail Service). But if the total weight of the goods is 300 Kg Up, then we will send using a sea route expedition with the Port to Door or Door to Door system
Processing Time of Packaging and Shipping
The packaging process with a weight under 300 Kg, takes 3-5 days (normal days). If above 300 Kg it will take 1-2 weeks (with sea cargo). The required delivery time is 15 – 25 days (depending on your country). If you use sea cargo, it will take 1-2 months for delivery
Shipping Cost
The shipping fee will be displayed after you enter your address on the checkout page. For shipments above 300 Kg (by sea cargo), we provide free shipping
Delays in delivery
We always try to get your goods to be on time. If there is a delay caused by the cargo side, we will track it down and solve the problem. please contact us
Tax and Duties
For overseas orders, any tax or duty charges upon arrival are determined by each country’s customs agency and are out of our control. We do not cover these costs
Return & Exchange
Return option
We welcome if you want to return the item and we will refund your money after we receive the item in its entirety but please contact us before you want return
Exchage option
We welcome if you want to exchange goods and we will send back your goods after we receive the first item intact but please contact us before you want exchange
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs or tax duty (if any). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return and exchange of goods a maximum of 10 days after the goods are received. We are not responsible for damage to goods caused by the shipping cargo but we will pack your goods as best we can
